摘 要
在如今企业快速成长的环境下，核心竞争力成为了企业之间在竞争中保持优势的重要条件。而除了产品和质量以外，核心竞争力主要体现在了成本控制。若想在竞争中保持不败，就必然要不断的降低成本，获得在成本上的领先。目前，在市场经济的不断深化、企业规模的逐步扩大以及现代化企业管理的发展的大背景下，整车制造企业的存货成本占企业总资产的比重逐步加大。如何在激烈的市场竞争中保持核心竞争力，控制存货成本，已经成为现代汽车制造企业所面临的一个难题。
由于科技的发展和工业化进程的开启，国内外的专家、学者以及企业的管理者都在不断地探索并创新着存货的管控理念、管理方法和策略，前后形成了诸多先进而有效的管控模式和法子。经过在实践中的运用和反复的优化完善，这些管控模式和方法得到了学者和企业的认可，并帮助企业业绩实现了明显的改善和提高。自我国的改革开放以来，自由的市场经济逐渐的取代着依赖政府的指令型计划经济，然而由于市场经济运行的时间较短，企业管理层的管理理念和管理思维还未从计划经济时代转换过来，尚未能使用国外先进的存货管控模式和方法管理企业，缺乏存货管理方法的创新和应用，这直接导致了企业对存货的整体管理水平良莠不齐，一些企业存在不小的差距，表现在：存货量一直居高不下，存货资金占用逐步增高。
本文从存货管理问题出发，在总结国内外研究成果的基础上，结合一汽-大众公司的存货管理的方法和现状，详细的剖析了其存在的存货问题。针对存在的这些问题，通过对导致其发生的原因进行了深入的分析，对影响存货管理的几个关键点进行了设计和优化，最后提出了改进策略和建议。

Abstract
The Optimization and Research on Inventory Management of FAW VolkswagenIn the premise of the rapid development of enterprises, the competition betweenenterprises is the main performance of the core competitiveness of the competition, and inaddition to product and quality, the cost advantage is the main core competitiveness. To takeadvantage in the competition, we must keep the cost advantage and make the cost advantage.
At present, with the gradual deepening of China's market economy, the gradual expansion ofenterprise scale and the development of modern enterprise management, the inventory costof the automobile manufacturing enterprise accounts for the proportion of the total assets ofthe enterprise, the enterprise how to reduce inventory costs and maintain the corecompetitiveness in the fierce market competition, which is a difficult problem faced bymodern automobile manufacturing enterprises.
Since the start of the industrialization process, whether domestic or international,people continue to explore and innovation in inventory management and control ideas andstrategies, and before and after the formation of a number of advanced management andcontrol modes and methods. In the actual operation, these control modes and methods havebeen very good practice, and some enterprises have achieved some results. In our country,from 80 time, the planned economy has gradually entered the market economy, the marketeconomy is not long, some enterprise ideas and ideas still relatively backward, can not use alot of good inventory management mode and method, make our country enterprise inventorymanagement level is uneven, some enterprises have no small gap, performance in: inventoryhas been high, inventory funds occupy gradually increased.
Based on the research results of domestic and abroad, this paper summarizes theproblems of inventory management. Aiming at these problems, the paper puts forward theimproving strategy for the existing inventory management method by comparing andanalyzing various methods of inventory management. In addition, this paper also improvethe enterprise inventory management index assessment system, improve inventorymanagement information management level and strengthen the company's leadership on theimportance of inventory management, etc. .
