摘要
近年来，智能手机飞速发展，但其在方便了人们的日常生活的同时也带来了一些负面影响。由于中职学生这一群体具有独特性，使用手机进行不恰当的娱乐活动所产生的负面影响也更为突出。目前，在多数的中职院校中，学生不合理使用手机的行为已成为学校所面临的新的难题，如何采取合理、有效的措施对其进行干预、引导也成为全社会共同关注的热点话题。
本文以河北职业女子技术学院的中职学生为研究对象，采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法相结合的方式，了解现阶段中职学生手机使用的现状和基本情况，阐明学生智能手机不当使用的危害；根据中职学生的实际情况及当下不同层面的影响因素，从学校、家庭、社会、个人四个方面较为系统分析了现象形成的原因；根据多年的管理经验和相关理论基础，从班主任的角度提出管理策略，期望能够指导中职学生正确、合理地使用手机，并运用智能手机这一便利的通讯工具实现学生的有效管理。
本论文主要包括以下五个部分：
第一部分，介绍了选题的研究背景以及研究意义，阐述了国内外学者关于选题的研究现状，同时概括了选题的研究方法以及创新点。
第二部分，介绍了中职学生手机管理的相关理论，包括智能手机的内涵、中职学生和中职学生管理的定义以及中职学生手机管理的理论基础。
第三部分，以河北职业女子技术学院的中职学生为研究对象，编制中职学生智能手机使用情况调查问卷，对学院的中职学生手机使用现状进行了调查。最后从消费状况、学习情况、生活方式、身心健康和交往方式五个方面分析了现状。
第四部分，针对发现的问题，重点研究了问题出现的原因。导致中职学生不合理使用手机的原因主要包括社会大环境的影响、学校管理方式不当、家庭教育的不良影响和学生自身控制力差及心理问题的出现。
第五部分，结合中职学生智能手机使用问题出现的原因，提出相应的解决策略和建议。社会需要加快建立相关的法律法规，加快改革和完善现行教育体制，学校需要从思想和行为两方面帮助学生合理使用手机，积极引导学生利用手机进行多样化的自主学习，对中职学生智能手机使用问题的管理有所帮助。

第一章 核心概念的界定与本研究的理论基础
一、核心概念的界定
（一）智能手机
本研究所提到的智能手机，广义上来说，除了具有普通手机的呼叫功能外，还具有个人信息管理功能，基于无线数据通信、呼叫和短信的浏览器 GPS 和电子邮件、网络接入、影视娱乐等功能，作为综合个人手持终端设备之一。当智能手机发行于市场，其强大的优势会立刻显现，为广大用户带来诸多便利，作为社会上广大智能手机用户之一的中职学生，自然会享受到新技术带来的便利。但不可否认的是，科学技术是把双刃剑，智能手机畅销市场的背后，也为广大用户带来一些负面影响，如身体素质下降、手机诈骗等。中职学生由于其独特性，学业较为宽松，约束较少，更是受影响较重的群体。
（二）中职学生
我国的职业教育体系包括两个部分：一是具有学历的职业学校教育，分为初等职业、中等职业教育和高等职业教育。二是非学术性短期职业培训。在 1993年教育体制改革的基础上，中等职业教育得到了较大规模的发展。大多数中等职业学校已经转型。从普通中学升入的初中毕业生，学校实行三年制、两年制和四年制。中等职业教育的培养目标与中专相似。现在的职业学校不仅是单纯的技能培训，而且还要学生学习一些基本的高中文化课程，提高学生的基本素养，帮助专业技能学习。在本研究中，中职学生的概念定义为目前正在学习中等职业技能的适龄青少年。
（三）中职学生手机管理
中等职业学校手机的管理经历了从禁到堵、从堵到疏的一次又一次的变化。首先，禁止学生携带手机进入校园，再逐步向规范化管理转变，引导学生走向文明和科学使用手机；然后优化手机功能，用手机指导学生的学习和生活。学校管理者在转变过程中发现，随着智能手机在学生的学习和生活中的普及，单纯的禁止是没有益处的，充分发挥手机强大的功能，并同时采取一系列的预防和管理措施来对学生使用手机进行合理的管理，不仅可以解决学生使用手机带来的诸多问题，还能进一步满足中职学生学习和就业的需要。中职学生手机管理，一是要完善社会和学校的管理制度；二是要取得学生家长的配合和支持；三是要引导学生合理使用手机。
