¡¡¡¡ABSTRACT

¡¡¡¡With the rapid expansion of the construction enterprises and the fiercecompetition in China's construction market, which cause a supply and demandimbalance, a buyer's market is formed. In order to gain market share in theconstruction market, construction companies do not hesitate to get low-profit projects.

¡¡¡¡But because of low management level, the low-profit project results in mini-profit ornon-profit projects, or even at a loss. Therefore, a reasonable and effective control isessential to determine the cost of project cost management of construction enterprises.

¡¡¡¡It is critical to combine the concept of risk management into the project costmanagement. Project cost management and risk management is one of the corecompetitiveness of construction enterprises.

¡¡¡¡This paper presents the problems in project cost risk management in HDConstruction Corporation after analyzing the status quo of project cost riskmanagement. The paper designs the management plan of project cost risk for the HDconstruction Corporation using the risk management theory and methods from theaspects of project cost risk identification, risk assessment project cost and the controlof project cost risk.

¡¡¡¡This paper will help HD Construction Corporation enhance the management levelof the project cost risk and improve its profitability, with reference to similarenterprises to reduce project cost risks.
