摘要
人类社会发展已经进入二十一世纪，经济全球化进一步加深，世界各国间的联系日益紧密。生产力的发展造就了一个又一个经济发展奇迹，人类物质生活得到极大改善。但是在发展的同时，由于人类向大自然的过度索取，造成生态环境破坏的不断加剧，影响范围延伸至全世界，协调生态环境和经济发展之间的关系成为世界共同的主题。中国作为工业化后起的发展中国家，党和国家带领全国人民进行艰苦卓绝的奋斗，敢于创新，取得了令世界惊叹的发展成果。在发展过程中，基于我国人口基数大、人均资源少、科技水平较为薄弱、经济发展方式较为粗放、产业结构不尽合理的实际情况，生态环境问题日趋凸显。党的十八大形成了以***同志为总书记的新一代领导集体，在高举发展大旗的同时，不断稳步推进生态环境的保护，这为夺取全面建成小康社会的胜利和实现中华民族伟大复兴奠定了坚实的基础。
本文立足于马克思主义哲学基本原理，结合国际国内发展形势和实际，用辩证、发展的眼光看待社会发展过程中的问题，特别是人与自然的关系问题，进一步反思人类自身，不断探寻人与自然新的相处、共融之道。实践作为人类的基本存在方式，是人类正确认识问题、认识自身的基础。用实践的观点去审视社会的发展，把握问题的本质，解放思想、实事求是，不断推动社会的健康发展。在此基础上，本文主要从四个方面对***生态文明建设思想进行探析。第一方面，分析和厘清***生态文明建设思想提出的背景和理论来源，在人类智慧的基础上不断更新和发展适合我国国情的环境保护思想和策略。第二方面，对***生态文明建设思想的形成过程进行梳理，包括***生态文明建设思想的萌芽阶段、发展阶段、成熟阶段。***生态文明建设思想是不断发展的，是随着社会发展而不断更新和丰富的。第三方面，对***生态文明建设思想的内容和特点进行阐述。***生态文明建设思想内容十分丰富，不仅将最广大人民的根本利益作为工作的出发点，而且创造性的提出生态生产力观念，丰富和发展了马克思主义生产力理论，把生态文明建设提升至国家战略高度，主张实行最严格的生态环境保护制度等。***生态文明建设思想的特点主要有深厚的理论根基、坚定的民生福祉立场、永续的与时俱进步伐、求真的实践精神、博爱的全球视野。第四方面主要论述了***生态文明建设思想的理论价值和实践意义。其理论价值主要表现为开阔和发展了马克思主义生态哲学观的视域，丰富了“中国梦”的理论内涵；其实践意义主要是有助于全面深化改革，促进生态治理现代化的实现；有助于国家产业结构调整，加快经济发展提档升级；有助于生态文化建设，提升国家形象；有助于我国和谐社会的构建，推动“中国梦”的实现。

ABSTRACT
The development of human society has entered the twenty-first Century,the furtherdeepening of economic globalization make the relationship between countries aroundthe world increasingly close.The development of productive forces has created manymiracle of economic development.But at the same time,due to the excessive demandsof human nature.This creates a lot of environmental problems.The problem ofecological environment has become a problem which cannot be ignored.AlthoughChina's economic development is relatively late, but the Communist Party of Chinaleads the whole nation to work hard and made great achievements.A lot of problems arehighlighted in the process of development,such as the large population,the level ofscience and technology is relatively weak,the way of economic growth is extensive andthe industrial structure is not scientific.These problems have caused great pressure to theecological environment. The eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party of Chinaelected Xi Jinping as the core of a new generation of leading collective.He has given ahigh degree of attention to the ecological environment.The construction of ecologicalcivilization laid the foundation for the development of the country thought.
This study is based on the basic principle of Marxist philosophy,combined with theinternational and domestic development and the actual situation.Look at the problems inthe development process with a dialectical view,especially the relationship betweenhuman and nature.Further reflection on human self and learn to live in harmony withnature.Practice is the unique human existence and survival of the stat and it is the basisfor human beings to know themselves correctly.To examine the development of thesociety in the view of practice and grasp the essence of the problem,constantlyemancipate the mind,seek truth from facts. On this basis,this article mainly discusses thefour aspects of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization construction. In the first aspect, thetheoretical basis of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization construction is analyzed.XiJinping's ecological civilization construction has a rich theoretical basis.Marx's thoughtof Ecological Philosophy,the thought of ecological environment protection in traditionalculture and Marxism with Chinese characteristics.The second aspect mainly elaboratesthe development course of Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization Constructionand Xi Jinping's ecological civilization construction thought has never stopped the paceof development.In the third aspect, the development course and the content of XiJinping's ecological civilization construction thought is expounded. The contentincludes the protection of the ecological environment is to protect productivity,implementing strict ecological environmental protection system.Xi Jinping's ecologicalcivilization construction thought is the practical spirit of seeking truth,the interests ofthe people is the most important thing,development with the time change.The fourthaspect mainly discusses the characteristic,the theoretical value and practical significanceof Xi Jinping's ecological civilization construction thought.This ecological civilizationconstruction thought is helpful to comprehensively deepen the reform and will helpnational industrial structure adjustment and will help the construction of a harmonioussociety.The most important thing is Xi Jinping's ecological civilization constructionthought will help to promote the realization of the “China Dream”.
