摘要
“价值中立”是马克斯·韦伯的社会科学方法论的主要内容之一，是马克斯·韦伯试图调和“实证主义”和“新康德主义”对立观点的一大结果。
马克斯·韦伯被认为是社会学的巨擘，其研究领域涉及社会学、经济学、政治学、哲学、法学等，他的思想对后世也产生了不可估量的影响。尤其是其“价值中立”的方法论思想，是他对社会科学的一大贡献，也成为了社会科学研究的一大原则。此“价值中立”原则是带有客观主义倾向的，这种特征可以一定程度上避免研究中的主观性，从而保证研究的科学性和客观性。
本文分六个章节来研究韦伯“价值中立”学说。第一章节，对学界关于“价值中立”的研究做一简要述评，便于自己再研究时借鉴前人研究成果，并发现本课题研究的问题与空白处，便于自己的更深入研究。第二章节，讨论了韦伯“价值中立”思想的理论背景，回归韦伯所在的时代，分析那个时代的具体学术状况。
第三章，是对“价值中立”学说哲学基础的分析，追溯了哲学史上从休谟到康德再到实证主义对事实与价值的一步步分离，以及韦伯如何调和实证主义和新康德主义的观点而形成了“价值中立”思想。第四章和第五章，回归文本，通过对韦伯“价值中立”相关的三个文本的解读阐述价值中立的涵义。第六章，基于当代中国国情，探讨韦伯“价值中立”对于当代中国学术研究领域的启示。

Abstract
“Valu a neutral ity”is one of the main contents of the social science methodology ofMax Weber. This is the result of he tried to reconcile the opposing views of “positivism”and “neo-Kantian”.
Max Weber, was born in the late 19th century and early 20th century, Weber isconsidered to be the giant of sociology, his research fields composed of sociology,economics, political science, philosophy, law, and his thoughts had an immeasurableimpact on future generations. Especially its “value一neutrality” methodological thought,is a major contribution to social science, and has also been the principle of socialscience research. This principle of “value-neutrality” has objective tendencies, suchfeatures can be avoided subjective in study, so it can ensure scientific and objective ofstudy.
This paper is divided into six chapters to study the “value neutrality” ofWeber .Chapter 1,to do a brief review on “value neutrality” of previous studies so canfound the problem with the space of this research project and can be facilitate do a studymore in-depth. Chapter 2 ,to discuss the theoretical background of Weber “valueneutrality”, regression Webber era where and then analysis the era specific academicsituation. Chapter 3, traces the history of philosophy, philosophical analysis of“value一neutrality” doctrine, a step-by-step separation of fact and value from Hume toKant and then positivism. Chapters 4 and 5, return to the text, interpret the three textrelated the “value一neutrality” of Weber expounded the meaning of valueneutrality. Chapter6 tempts to discuss the im plication of the'value -neutrality',conception upon theSocial scientific research in our country.
