高中数学教学中学生创新思维培养现状

  摘要

  本论文主要研究在高中数学教学中培养学生的创新思维。在以往的调查文献中,关于学生数学创新思维培养的研究有很多,但大多是基于省市级重点中学的研究,对县级中学的研究不多。为此,本文以淮滨县高级中学为例,进行调查研究。在分析淮滨县高级中学学生数学创新思维能力现状的基础上,进一步探究培养高中生数学创新思维能力的策略,使其创新意识得到进一步的发展。

  本研究的内容主要有以下两个方面:(1)分析淮滨县高级中学学生数学创新思维能力的现状,根据得出的相关调查数据,找出教师在培养学生数学创新思维能力方面存在的问题;(2)提出在高中数学教学中培养学生创新思维的相关策略。

  本文研究方法主要有文献研究法、调查研究法和案例研究法。通过文献研究,明确创新思维、创新思维培养和数学创新思维培养的内涵及其理论基础,并对数学创新思维,数学创新思维培养进行定义界定,为本文研究奠定理论基础。通过问卷的方式,对淮滨县高级中学学生数学创新思维能力现状进行调查,找出在培养学生数学创新思维方面存在的问题。调查发现,样本学生在培养其数学创新思维方面主要存在三个方面的问题:(1)学生的数学创新思维能力普遍较差;(2)教师对培养学生数学创新思维能力方面了解度不够,方法和策略欠缺;(3)学校对培养学生数学创新思维能力方面不重视。针对调查中发现的问题,本研究尝试提出四个培养高中生数学创新思维能力的策略:(1)借助信息技术,使学生产生“质疑”,培养数学创新精神;(2)让学生成为学习的主人,在探索中培养数学创新意识;(3)加强教师对新课标的学习,更新培养学生数学创新意识的观念;(4)学校采用“学习前置,问题驱动”教学模式,培养学生数学创新思维能力。最后,根据本研究建构的教学策略,通过课堂实录,展示培养学生数学创新思维能力的过程与方法。

  1.1 研究背景

  创新,是一个永恒的话题。没有创新意识的国家不可能有进步,没有创新意识的人也不可能有好的发展。2010 年,指导我国未来十年教育改革和发展的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020 年)》颁布,提出“优先发展,育人为本,改革创新,促进公平,提高质量”的 20 字工作方针,强调要以学生为主体,以教师为主导,充分发挥学生的主动性,培养造就数以亿计的高素质劳动者,数以千万计的专门人才和一大批拔尖创新人才。2018 年是改革开放 40周年,在这 40 年里,中国经济、文化、科研、教育等方面都在发生着翻天覆地的变化,这无时无刻不是因为创新的驱动。党的十八大以来,在***总书记公开讲话和报告中,“创新”一词出现超过千次,可见其重视程度。同时在已经修订过的《全日制普通高级中学数学课程标准》中,教育部正式把培养学生逐步形成数学创新意识作为高中数学教学的课程目标之一。作为地方性高中的一名数学教师,我所在的淮滨县高级中学也始终把探索创新教学教法和培养学生创新思维能力放在首位,通过在学校内举办一系列的活动,比如科技创新大赛,创客空间等等,培养高中生的创新思维能力。

  尽管都知道培养高中学生创新思维能力很重要,但是在高中真实教学又是什么状况呢?

  在经过多次的调查分析及三年的实践经验,高中教师培养学生的数学创新思维能力的意识普遍不强,对学生思维的培养只停留在字面上,那么学生的综合素质又怎能提高呢?创新精神和实践能力又怎能得到发展呢?同时大多数教师只局限于对教学内容的探究,而在新课程教学的背景下,要求教师对教学模式及自身角色进行改变,很多教师还没有意识到,所以对于学生创新思维的培养还远远不够。在近两年的高考题研究中,可以发现创新开放题失分率逐年上升,这也从侧面反映了当下高中学生创新思维能力差,对问题的探究不够深入。我国的高中教育时间紧,任务重,课余时间本身就不多,所以数学课堂就成为了教师培养学生创新思维能力的主阵地,并且在高中教育阶段,学生对自己的人生观和价值观有了一定的认识但是还不全面,需要去引导,那么从这个阶段培养学生的创新思维会比较容易入手,因此在高中数学教学中培养学生的创新思维对以后成为创新型人才就显得格外重要。
