摘 要
随着贵州省外贸企业的不断发展，外贸企业在发展中存在的一些问题也日益突出：外贸企业对外贸易进出口总体规模小、进出口市场高度集中，出口商品结构不合理，外贸依存度低等。随着全球经济形势的不稳定性对外贸企业影响持续的加深，贵州外贸企业的发展受到了严峻的挑战。因此，在后发赶超的这样一个背景下，为使贵州省外贸企业能够得到又好又快可持续的发展，对贵州省外贸企业转型升级问题展开研究也就具有了重要的理论与现实意义。
本文基于以上这样一个背景，以要素禀赋理论、比较优势理论、价值链理论以及后发优势理论为理论基础，主要运用文献研究法、实证研究法、定性与定量分析相结合的方法，研究贵州外贸企业转型升级的影响因素，并有针对性地提出加快贵州外贸企业转型升级的对策建议。
首先，文章对外贸企业转型升级的相关概念进行了界定，并在此基础上对相关的理论基础作了梳理之后，分析了贵州省经济社会发展格局中外贸企业的现状与发展的模式。其次，在基于后发赶超目标的背景下对贵州省外贸企业发展的优劣势分别从内部因素、外部因素两个方面进行了定性与定量的分析。再次，对贵州省外贸企业转型升级的现状进行了分析，并对其影响因素在定性与定量分析相结合的基础上，构建计量模型、运用 Eviews7.2 软件对影响贵州省外贸企业转型升级的主要因素进行了实证研究，以此找出其中影响贵州省外贸企业转型升级的主要制约因素。最后，根据实证分析的结果，提出相应的加快贵州省外贸企业转型升级的对策建议，同时还指出了该篇文章存在的不足以及对未来研究的一个展望。

Abstract
With the development of foreign trade enterprises in Guizhou province, someproblems existing in the development of foreign trade enterprises have becomeincreasingly prominent: the overall small scale, import and export market is highlyconcentrated in import and export of foreign trade enterprises of foreign trade, theirrational structure of export commodities, low degree of dependence on foreigntrade.With the continuing impact of the global economic situation is not stable for theforeign trade enterprises to deepen, the development of Guizhou foreign tradeenterprises are facing severe challenges.Therefore, such a background in catching upwith the next, in order to make the foreign trade enterprises in Guizhou province toget the sound and rapid sustainable development, upgrade issues has importanttheoretical and realistic significance of the transformation of foreign trade enterprisesin Guizhou province.
In this paper, the above based on such a background, in order to compare thefactor endowment theory, advantage theory, value chain theory and the theory ofadvantage of backwardness as the theoretical basis, the method mainly uses themethods of literature study, empirical research methods, combining qualitativeanalysis with quantitative analysis,Study on influence factors and upgrading of theGuizhou foreign trade enterprise transformation, and puts forward thecountermeasures and suggestions of speeding up the transformation and upgrading offoreign trade enterprises in Guizhou.
First of all, the paper on the transformation of foreign trade enterprises toupgrade the related concepts were defined, and based on the combing of the relatedtheories, analyzes the present situation and development of foreign trade enterprisedevelopment pattern of Guizhou Province in economic and social model.Secondly, theanalysis of two aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of Guizhou provinceforeign trade enterprise development based on catching up with the target backgroundfrom external factors, internal factors are qualitative and quantitative.Once again, theupgrading of the status of Guizhou Province, the transformation of foreign tradeenterprises are analyzed, and the influence factors on the basis of combiningqualitative and quantitative analysis, econometric model, using Eviews7.2 software tomake an empirical study on the main factors affecting the transformation andupgrading of foreign trade enterprises in Guizhou Province, to find the mainrestricting factors which influence Guizhou province foreign trade enterprisetransformation and upgrading.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of speeding up thetransformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises in Guizhou Province, alsopoints out the deficiency of the article and a prospect for future research.
