中国保险公司企业文化建设研究

  摘要

  中国保险业经过30多年的快速发展,相对来说,取得了不错的业绩。加入WTO以后,在国内宏观经济步入缓慢下行区间及国际金融危机等因素多重考验下,如今的中国保险业处在了转型的十字路口。我国保险业长期以来形成的重销售、轻管理、重经营、轻服务、重发展、轻合规等行为,与保险的核心价值和本质追求相背离,己经严重影响中国保险行业的健康发展。近年来,企业文化建设尽管也在一些中资保险机构中进行了初步尝试,但从整个保险业的现状来看,却处于一种非常落后的状态,如何改善和加强保险企业文化建设工作,已经成为改变保险业发展模式,提高保险企业核心竞争力的首要问题。

  在中国保险行业中,华泰保险集团股份有限公司依靠内生式的资本积累,在既不增资又未发债的情况下,由一家单一的财产保险公司发展成为集产险、寿险、资产管理为一体的综合性保险集团。华泰保险公司长期坚持“集约化管理、专业化经营,质量效益型发展”的经营理念,开创了独具特色的企业文化,取得了骄人业绩,目前己成为业内具有较大影响力的优秀企业,其独特的企业文化给中国保险业行业的健康发展提供了可供参考的样板和模式。

  本文以企业文化的相关理论为依据,在对华泰保险公司进行调查研宄的基础上,首先对华泰保险公司的企业文化建设的现状进行了研宄分析,提出了华泰保险公司企业文化建设的优势和存在的问题;然后,重点研究设计了华泰保险公司的企业文化建设策略,包括制度文化、责任文化、绩效文化、合作文化、品牌文化以及合规文化六大策略;最后,论述了华泰保险公司企业文化建设的保障措施,包括实施“以人文本”的管理理念、基于“蜜蜂精神”的团队建设、注重人才管理与追求人才效益、坚持改进提高与创新发展并重的策略。通过对华泰保险公司企业文化建设策略的研宄,可以给目前整个中国保险行业的企业文化建设工作提供示范和参考,提高保险企业的核心竞争力,推动保险行业发展模式转型和健康发展。

  Abstract

  China's insurance industry has gained rapid development over 30 years.Relatively speaking, this field has achieved good results. After joining the WTO,facing the domestic macro economy slowing down, and the international financialcrisis and other factors, now Chinese insurance industry is at the crossroads of thetransformation. For a long time the insurance industry has been paying more attentionon sales, operation, and development than on management, service and compliance.

  These actions go against with the core values and the nature of the insurance, thus theyseriously affect the healthy development of China's insurance industry. Although inrecent years, the enterprise culture construction has appeared in some Chineseinsurance institutions for the preliminary attempt, from the perspective of the presentsituation of the whole insurance industry, it is still in a very backward state. How toimprove and strengthen insurance enterprise culture construction has become a topproblem of changing development mode of insurance industry and raising the corecompetitiveness of insurance enterprise.

  Among the insurance companies in China, Huatai insurance group co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as ”” Huatai insurance company, the predecessor wasestablished in 1996,Huatai property insurance co., LTD) relies on the capitalaccumulation of endogenous type, neither in the capital increase and without bond,developed from a single property insurance company into a body comprehensiveinsurance group including a set of property and casualty insurance, life insurance, andproperty management. Huatai insurance company's long-term adherence to the"intensive management, professional management, and quality-benefit typedevelopment" business philosophy, created a unique enterprise culture and achievedimpressive performance. Huatai insurance company has become the outstandingenterprises with a large influence. Huatai's moderate scale and impressive benefit isreferred as the "Huatai phenomenon". And this unique corporate culture providestemplates and patterns for reference to Chinese insurance industry's healthydevelopment.

  Based on the related theories of enterprise culture, first of all, this paper analyzesthe present situation of Huatai insurance company's enterprise culture construction, putforward The enterprise culture construction of Huatai Insurance Company advantagesand problems. Then, analysis focuses on the Huatai insurance company enterpriseculture construction strategy that bases on core value system, including system culture,responsibility culture, performance culture, cooperation culture, brand culture and theculture of compliance; Finally, the paper discusses the safeguard measures of Huataiinsurance company 's enterprise culture construction,including people foremostmanagement, "the bee spirit" team-work construction, pay attention to personnelmanagement and seeking talents benefits, keep on improving and innovationdevelopment strategy. The research on the Huatai insurance company's enterpriseculture construction, provides templates and modes for reference to the culturalconstruction of the entire Chinese insurance industry, and helps to improve the corecompetitiveness of insurance enterprises and promote the healthy development andtransformation of insurance industry.
