摘 要
水产品，作为人们日常消费的重要组成部分之一，一直以其独特的鲜美口感、富含蛋白质等营养价值和药用价值，深受人们的喜爱。而随着经济社会的持续发展，居民的生活消费水平显著提高，水产品消耗量也日益增加。
温州地处浙江东南沿海，具有得天独厚的地理优势，交通便利，水产资源丰富，品种繁多，水产品物流开始有所发展，已初步形成了以集贸市场为主体、以超市为主体和以加工企业为主体的水产品物流模式。但同时，水产品物流水平还很低，交通道路、冷链储藏设备等基础设施不够完善、物流体系不够完善、信息化水平低、专业技术人才匮乏等因素严重制约了水产品物流的发展，以至于水产品在生产、运输、储存、配送等环节过程中产品的损失率远远高于其他发达国家和国内一些先进的水产品物流发达城市，不仅大大减弱了产品的市场竞争力，也造成了很大的资源浪费。
因此，发展高效、健康、安全的水产品物流模式，在水产品流通环节中，提高物流服务水平、提高流通效率、增强组织化程度有利于建立现代化的水产品流通体系，有利于改善水产品流通状况、实现水产品的流通价值，有利于提高我市水产品市场竞争力、增加渔业从业者经济收入、促进经济社会的发展。
本文从水产品物流的相关概念分析收入，在阅读和研究大量文献资料的基础上，选择性地吸收已有的研究成果，从温州市水产品物流实际出发，以温州市水产品物流现状为研究对象，通过运用调查分析与统计分析的方法对温州市水产品物流运作模式中存在的问题进行详细的分析，并提出对现有物流运作模式中存在的问题提出解决方案和对策。通过本人的研究，希望对改进现有温州市水产品物流运作模式中存在的问题和缺陷有所帮助，并为其他区域水产品物流的发展提供一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract
Aquatic products,as an important part of people's daily consumption, Has itsunique nutritional value, rich in protein and other delicious taste and medicinal value,loved by the people. With the development of economic and social life, theconsumption level of residents increased significantly, Aquatic products consumptionis increasing.
Wenzhou city is located in the southeast of Zhejiang Province, has be richlyendowed by nature of the geographical advantages, convenient transportation, rich inaquatic resources, variety, the aquatic products logistics to develop, has initiallyformed a market as the main body, to the supermarket as the main body and theprocessing enterprises as the main body of the aquatic products logistics mode. But atthe same time, the aquatic products logistics level is still very low, road traffic, coldchain storage equipment and other infrastructure is not perfect, the logistics system isnot perfect, low level of information technology, professional technical personnel andother factors have seriously restricted the development of aquatic products logistics,so that aquatic products in production, transportation, storage, distribution and otheraspects the loss rate is much higher than other developed countries and some domesticadvanced aquatic products logistics in developed city, not only greatly weakened thecompetitiveness of products in the market, but also caused a great waste of resources.
Therefore, the aquatic product logistics mode for the development of efficient,healthy, safe, in aquatic products circulation, improve the level of logistics services,improve circulation efficiency, enhance the degree of organization is conducive to theestablishment of modern aquatic products circulation system, is conducive toimproving the condition of the circulation, aquatic products to achieve watercirculation of products value, is conducive to the improvement of our city the marketcompetitiveness of products, increase water fisheries practitioners income, promoteeconomic and social development.
In this paper, analysis of the income from the related concept of aquatic productslogistics, based on reading and studying a lot of literature, absorbing the existingresearch results, from the Wenzhou city aquatic products logistics practice, to thecurrent situation of logistics in aquatic products in Wenzhou city as the researchobject, a detailed analysis on the existing mode of operation of logistics in Wenzhoucity in aquatic products problems through the methods of survey analysis andstatistical analysis, and put forward solutions and countermeasures on the existingproblems in the logistics operation mode. Through my research, I hope to haveimproved the existing Wenzhou city aquatic products logistics mode of operationproblems and defects of help, and provide some reference for other regionaldevelopment of aquatic products logistics.
