市区小学师德师风构建问题探析

  摘要

  教师,作为阳光下最光辉的职业,承接着祖国的未来与振兴,是人类灵魂的工程师。而教师的职业道德——师德建设,是教育事业的灵魂,是教育事业的永恒主题。“学高为师,身正为范”,简短字句概括出教师风范。师德师风问题,古往今来,都意义重大、影响深远,随着市场经济的持续发展,改革开放的全面深入,多元文化和价值观念的不断冲击,师德师风问题日益复杂严峻。论文从小学教师师德师风问题的研究背景着手,论述了其理论与现实的双重意义。对国内外关于师德师风的研究情况,特别是国内学者在师德内涵及规范、师德现状与原因、师德建设问题与对策三方面的研究现状进行了详细阐述。论文通过查阅文献、问卷调查、访谈座谈等方法,以江西省 J 市市区小学为对象,抽选部分小学 1-6 年级学生及家长,提出问题、设计问卷并在网络平台发布,以无记名方式开展调研。运用计算机技术对数据进行统计整理,依靠数据说话,根据反馈的情况进行汇总归纳,从学校层面、教师个人、评价机制等三个方面详细分析 J 市市区小学教师师德师风问题,从价值观、教育理念、社会关系、教师心理、教师性格等多个方面深入分析具体形成因素。然后针对具体形成因素,结合 J 市的实际情况,开展了小学教师师德师风问题对策研究,提出了营造良好氛围,完善制度建设,提高自我修养等理论观点。

  在营造良好氛围方面强调要营造良好的“四个氛围”,即:社会舆论氛围、家校合作氛围、互助协氛围、互信包容氛围;在完善制度建设方面强调要完善政府职能部门制度建设和学校相关制度机制,从社会和学校两个层面加强监督管理,内外联动共同作用;在提高自身修养方面强调要树立正确的价值观、事业观、荣誉观。这些观点的提出符合客观实际,对于提高小学教师师德师风建设具有一定的指导意义。

  Abstract

  As the most glorious profession in the world, teachers are engineers of the humansoul, responsible for the nation’s future and revitalization,.However, the teachers’

  professional ethics, that is, the moral construction, is the soul and the eternal theme ofthe educational cause.“Learn to be a teacher, act to be a moralist”, which summarizesthe teacher’s demeanor in short.

  Teachers’ ethics are of great significance and far-reaching influence at all times.

  With the sustainable development of market economy, the comprehensive deepeningof Reform and Opening-up, and the constant impact of multiculturalism and values,teachers’ ethics are becoming more and more complicated and severe. This paperbegins with the research background of primary school teachers’ ethics, and discussesthe dual significance of its theory and practice.It focuses on the related researches onprofessional ethics at domestic and abroad, and especially expounds the presentresearch studied by the domestic scholars in three aspects: ethical connotation andnorms, ethical construction present and causes, ethicalproblems and countermeasures.

  Byliterature, questionnaires, interviews and other methods,the paper takes aprimary school in J city, Jiangxi province,as the research subject, selectsa certainnumber of Grade 1-6 students and their parents, andasks them questions, designs andpublishes questionnaires on a web platform, and carries out the network R&D in theway of secret ballot. And then the research uses computer technology to collect datastatistically, and makethe results based on the data andfeedback.According to theresults, the paper analyzes primary teachers’ ethics problem in three aspects of theschool level, the teacher, the teacher’s evaluation mechanism, and categorizes itsreasons from the perspectives of values, educational philosophy, socialrelations,teacher psychology, personality and other aspects.

  Based on these specific reasons, combined with the actual situation in the city of J,the paper studies the countermeasure to primary school teachers’ ethics problem andputs forward to the theoretical points including creating a favorable atmosphere topromote the ethical construction, improving the system construction to promote theconstruction of teachers’ ethics, improving self-cultivation to promote the theory ofethics construction. Creating a favorable atmosphere is creating ‘Four Atmosphere’

  which refers toPublic OpinionAtmosphere, School &HomeCooperationAtmosphere,Mutual CooperationAtmosphere and Mutual TrustAtmosphere; To improve thesystem construction emphasizes to strengthen the system construction of thegovernment’s functional departments and the school mechanism, that is tosay,strengtheningthe mutual supervision and management of society and school torealize internal and external interaction; To improve self-cultivation stresses toestablish the perceptions of values, profession and honor. These conclusions are inaccord with the presentsituation, which is of guiding significance to improve theteachers’ ethics construction in primary school.
