摘 要
高校是人文荟萃的地方，许多高校历史悠久，底蕴深厚，名师辈出。名师是高校名人的主体部分，是一所大学的品牌与灵魂，他们的治学精神和人格魅力不仅影响着学生，更铸造着大学的灵魂。
一般来说高校名师是指在学校发展和某一学科领域内有影响的、作出了突出贡献的专家、学者。他们在教学、科研及社会活动中形成的具有保存价值的各种载体的原始记录就形成了名师档案。名师档案不仅是名师个人学术生涯的体现，更是学校与社会发展的历史见证，是档案资源的重要组成部分。它在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务以及文化传承创新等方面都具有不可忽视的价值与作用。在高校征集名师档案并对其进行多种形式的开发以提供利用是充分实现名师档案价值与作用的必要手段。然而，目前高校名师档案的相关研究与实践虽有一定的起色，但在深度与广度上都还明显不足，远未发挥出名师档案应有的价值与作用，因此，对名师档案进行系统与深入的理论研究，尤其是从征集与开发的层面来进行探讨是十分必要的。
本文的研究主要采取了文献分析与系统分析的方法。从研究内容来说，首先在前人研究的基础上对高校名师及高校名师档案进行了概念的界定，提出了高校名师档案界定应遵循的标准，其次探讨了高校名师档案的价值，尤其是在发挥大学职能方面的价值与作用，再次重点论述了高校名师档案的征集，从征集的对象、内容、方法、保障机制层面进行了细致地分析，最后本文深入研究了高校名师档案的开发，从高校名师档案开发的方式、形式，开发成果的传播角度对开发工作的开展与顺利实施进行了细致地探讨，并提出了自己的见解。
目前，我国高校名师档案的研究还处于起步阶段，本文在理论上对名师档案的研究与探索就在一定程度上丰富了名师档案研究的理论成果，对征集与开发的系统梳理也完善了其理论研究的体系的完整性，此外，本文基于大学职能发挥的研究角度也拓展了名师档案研究的新角度。理论研究的目的是指导实践，本文的研究即是期望使名师档案的重要性与价值更多地为人们所了解，意识到名师与名师档案在高校建设乃至社会发展中的重要作用，进而希望本文能从某种程度上对实践工作提供一定的帮助和借鉴。

Abstract
Universities and colleges are talent-gathering places. Many colleges and universitieshave a long history, profound cultural foundation, a larger number of famous scholars. TheDistinguished Teacher is the main part of college personage, forming the brand and the soulof a university. Their scholarship and personality not only affects the students but alsocontributes to the soul of the university.
Acquisition Distinguished Teacher generally refer to experts, scholars and professorswho have made influential and outstanding contributions to the development of the schooland certain subjects. The original records, which come into existence in their teaching,scientific research and social activities and have the value to keep, make the personagearchives. The Distinguished Teacher archives are not only a manifestation of a teacher'sindividual academic career, but also a witness to the history of the school disciplineconstruction and the development of school and society. Besides, they are an important part ofarchives resources. They play a significant role in personnel training, scientific research,social services and the cultural inheritance and innovation. The acquisition and developmentof Distinguished Teacher archives is the necessary means to fully realize the value andfunction of Distinguished Teacher archives. However, although the current research andpractice of Distinguished Teacher archives in colleges and universities have a certainimprovement, in terms of depth and breadth, they are obviously insufficient and did not play arole as far as it goes. Thus, it is necessary to have a systematic and in-depth study of masterfiles in theory, especially in the respect of their acquisition and development.
This paper adopts the ways of document and system analysis. From research content, it,in the first place, defines the concept of Distinguished Teacher and the Archive of it accordingto some previous results, and make some points in the standard of defining the Archive ofDistinguished Teacher. Secondly, this paper explores the value and role of the Archive ofDistinguished Teacher, especially with regard to the function of university. Thirdly, this papermakes a detailed discussion on the Acquisition of the Archive of Distinguished Teacher fromits objects, contents, methods and the guarantee mechanisms. Finally, this paper studies theDevelopment of the Archive of Distinguished Teacher. From the view of patterns and formsof development and the dissemination of its achievement, this paper discusses the operationand implementation of the Development of Archive and proposes its own opinion.
For the research about the Archive of Distinguished Teacher in Colleges and university,it is still in the primary phase at present. This paper enriches the theoretical principles of theresearch about the Archive of Distinguished Teacher by giving theoretical analyses anddevelopments. To some extent, it also refines the academic research system by acomprehensive overview on ways of the Acquisition and Development of the Archive. Inaddition,this paper extents the research about the Archive of Distinguished Teacher based onthe view of the function of university. Theoretical study aims at guiding practice. Theresearch of the Archive of Distinguished Teacher will be useful for people to know theimportance and the value of it, and its role in university's construction and society'sdevelopment. Besides, this paper is, to some degree, expected to be helpful to provide somehelp and counsel for practical work.
