摘 要
自党的十八大以来，在科学把握当前我国目前文化发展阶段性特征的基础上，***总书记用一系列新观点和新思维对新时期中国特色社会主义文化建设进行了深刻阐述。学习和领会***关于文化建设思想的科学内容，对于发展中国特色社会主义文化，建成社会主义文化强国，具有十分重要的指导意义。
***的文化建设思想是新一代党中央集体建设中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分，也符合中国特色社会主义文化发展的的客观规律，在***的文化建设思想中，包括有核心价值观的建设、弘扬中国优秀传统文化、树立意识形态安全阵地、提升中国文化软实力、扩大中华文化影响力，使文化成为中国社会发展强劲的动力，这其中，加强文化的基本建设是途径，深化文化的体制改革是动力，文化的全面发展是目标。
本文选取***的文化建设思想作为研究选题，希望通过论文的相关研究能够对中国特色社会主义文化建设提供一定的解读。文章通过对***的关于发展中国特色社会主义文化建设观点的相关研究，从而引出***近几年来提出的关于怎样发展中国特色社会主义文化建设的相关思想，文章着重部分是***文化建设思想的的主要内容，在这部分中，较为系统的全面概述的分析***的文化建设思想的组成部分和就如何提高国家的文化建设进行了初步的讲述，文章的最后分析了***文化建设思想的意义，突出表现了***文化建设思想对中国特色社会主义文化建设的指导。

Abstract.
