我国儿童家庭教育伦理困境研析

  儿童是一个国家进步发展中最强大的潜力,他们的未来就代表了民族和国家的未来。所以,关注儿童身心发展对于家庭、学校、社会和国家每一个层面来说都至关重要。父母作为儿童的启蒙老师,他们的行为都在潜移默化的影响着孩子。
  
  但是当“成人化儿童人格”、“功利化教育价值”以及“物”化儿童的现象产生,以成人的思维方式去改造孩子,而不尊重孩子的发展天性,这种观念及行为,使得儿童家庭教育伦理问题日益凸显,更加严重阻碍着儿童健康的身心发展。以善律教、以真律教的儿童家庭教育宗旨早已淹没在功利化教育的浪潮中。所以,科学的现代化家庭教育不仅是儿童的身心健康发展前提基础,也是促进儿童良好道德品质形成的重要推动力,更是国家未来发展的重要保障。
  
  本文基于伦理学视角出发,采用文献法、分析归纳法与案例法等研究方法;通过教育学、伦理学、儿童心理学等多个学科;将家庭、学校环境以及儿童教育理论作为本文理论研究的基础,然后就针对儿童家庭教育中出现的伦理问题进行了深入详实的探讨,并依靠分析得出的结论来找寻有效的解决方法。笔者以为当代我国儿童家庭教育伦理缺失的表现,首先就是儿童家庭教育理念缺乏民主平等意识,其次在儿童家庭教育目的上过度功利性,然后儿童家庭教育内容缺乏道德性,最后儿童家庭教育的方式上缺乏理性的爱。在总结了这些问题的表现同时,也对其产生的原因进行了分析:第一是多元社会环境中的负面因素影响;第二是家校教育之间功能错位以及沟通合作不足所产生的负影响;第三是家庭教育者的自身素质对儿童家庭教育的影响。最后,通过从社会环境因素、学校与家庭、家庭施教者这三个层面来展开。在社会环境的良好作用下,学校与家庭之间明确职责,并建立有效的家校合作与沟通新方法,施教者通过提高自身价值观、道德观以及教育目的、教育方法,层层递进构建合理的儿童家庭教育体系,建立良好的儿童教育价值观念,从而促进儿童的家庭教育回归本质,使儿童真正全面自由的发展。

  Abstract
  
  Children are a country's progress and development with the most powerfulpotential. Their future represents the future of the nation and the country. Therefore,attention to physical and mental development of children is crucial for each level ofthe family, school, community and national. As the first teachers of children, parents'behavior in subtle influence the child. But with the phenomenon of “adult childrenpersonality”, “utilitarian educational value” and “substance” of the generation ofchildren to the adult way of thinking to transform the child appearing, the childrendevelop without respect for nature. Therefore, this concept and behavior makechildren family Education ethical issues become increasingly prominent, even moreserious and impediment to the healthy physical and mental development of children.
  
  Purposes of good to teach law and really teach children family education law havebeen submerged in the wave of utilitarian education for a long time. Therefore,modern scientific family education is not only the physical and mental developmentof children based on the premise, but also an important driving force to promote goodmoral character formation of children, which is important to safeguard the country'sfuture development.
  
  This paper, based on the perspective of ethics, uses the methods of literature,interviews, analysis and case induction and other ones; through education, ethics,child psychology and other disciplines; the family, the school environment andchildren education theory as this article basic theoretical research, then for children infamily education emerging ethical issues in-depth and detailed discussion, and rely onthe analysis concluded to find effective solutions. I think lack of contemporaryfamily education of our children ethics performance, the first element is a unifiedphilosophy of education, followed by utilitarian educational goals, then the blindnessof educational content and the last is simplistic approach. While summarizing theperformance of these issues later, its analysis of reasons is as follows: the first is apluralistic society the negative factors affecting the environment; the second is anegative function of the dislocation between the home school education and lack ofcommunication and co-produced influence; the third is the impact of familyeducators' own quality on children education. Finally, such three levels as social andenvironmental factors, the school and the family and the trainer are expected toexpand together. In a good environment, we hope to establish social action, clearresponsibilities between schools and families, effective home-school communicationand new ways to improve their teaching through the values, ethics and educationalpurposes, teaching methods, progressive layers construction reasonable child familyeducation system as well as a good child values education, family education topromote children return to nature, so that children truly have free development.
