我国经济社会的一个重要的支柱产业就是建筑业,工程项目作为建筑工程的产品,需要耗费大量的人力、物力和财力,投资者进行了巨大的投资,目的是获得满足用户使用需求的理想的工程产品。建筑工程项目质量水平的高低,一方面关乎企业的信誉与发展前景,另一方面关系到使用群众的生命和财产安全,所W建筑王程项目中的质量问题不容忽视。因此,研究如何加强工程项目质量管理和质量控制有着重要的现实意义。
本文在研究了国外尤其是德国和美国在建筑工程项目发展现状基础上,针对我国目前建筑工程项目质量管理和控制的发展现状和存在弊端做了分析。对质量管理的概念进行了解析,然后分别介绍了检验、统计W及全面质量管理,即质量管理需要经历的H个发展阶段。之后又从质量的计划、保证W及控制这兰个角度出发,探讨了在我国怎样使建筑施工项目质量管理逐步提高的问题。工程的质量问题是个不容忽视的问题,我国的工程质量问题令人堪忧,将各类工程质量问题发生的基本原因进行了分析,然后围绕基础工程、硕体工程、钢筋混凝止工程、屋面防水工程不同类型的质量问题形成原因W及应对措施做了介绍。本文重点介绍了质量控制的方法和实例。在质量控制的方法中,直方图是对定量数据分布情况的一种图形表示;排列图可将工程项目中存在的主要质量问题W及可使质量受到影响的主要因素找出来;因果图可W对质量结果W及可能使其受到影响的各种原因进行分析:散布图是分析研究两个变量之间相关关系的图形工具。在质量控制的实例中,介绍了施工前、施工中、施工后的质量控制。这些详细的分析必将对今后类似工程项目质量管理起到指导和借鉴作用。

AbstractConstruction industry is one of the pillar industries in China. Project as aconstruction engineering products, investment and cost of labor, materials, energy areconsiderable, investors in a huge investment, purpose is to meet the demand of users touse the ideal engineering products. Therefore, study how to strengthen theproject quality management and quality control has important practical significance.
In this paper, after stu即ing abroad, especially in Germany and the United Stateson the basis of current situation of the development of construction project, accordingto construction engineering project quality management and control in our countrydevelopment present situation and the existing shortcomings to do the analysis. Toparse the concept of quality management, and then introduced the quality managementof the development of the three stages, namely the inspection quality management,statistical quality management, total quality management stage. The constructionproject quality management as a system engineering, from the quality planning, qualityassurance, quality control, on how to improve the construction project qualitymanagement in our country has carried on the preliminary study.Engineering qualityproblem is a problem that nots allow to ignore, our country's engineering qualityproblem is a cause for concern, will all kinds of engineering of the basic causes ofquality problems are analyzed, and then around the foundation engineering, masonryand reinforced concrete engineering, roofing waterproof project of different types ofquality problem formation reasons and the countermeasures is presented. This papermainly introduces the principle and method of quality control. Principle, deeplyanalyses the PDCA cycle and six sigma management, centered around thecharacteristics of the different stages of both was studied.In the quality control method,the histogram is a graphic representation of distribution of quantitative data, paretodiagram is to find the main quality problems or the main factors influencing the qualityof a kind of method, cause and effect diagram is a kind of used to analyze thecharacteristics (results) and may affect the quality characteristic factor (cause) a tool,scatter diagram is to analyze the research related to the relationship between two variables of graphical tools. Finallyproject quality control procedures. Theintroducesdetailedthe work on the constructionwill projectmanagement of similar projects in the future play a guidance and reference.
