摘 要
随着互联网技术及大数据分析的到来，技术的发展给财务信息的传递和利用带来了新的有利条件；而国家教育体制的改革进入深水区，政府公共支出改革逐步深入，高校发展规模不断壮大，又在政府管理、社会监督以及学校运营层面给高校财务管理提出了更新、更全面的服务要求。因此，只有加强财务管理信息化建设，提高财务服务水平、提升服务质量、创新财务服务模式，才能满足当前高校的内外部环境需求，为学校的可持续发展提供财务保障。
在对论文研究的背景、意义等进行了阐述后，本文首先对研究所需的财务管理理论以及财务管理信息化理论进行了介绍，重点介绍了信息化下财务管理的演变和目标，财务管理信息化的发展、定义、特点、内容及意义。然后以 A 高校的财务管理信息化构建为案例，运用实地调查研究的方法，财务管理信息化建设进行了实地考察，对其概况，学校发展环境、财务管理及信息化过程中面临的问题进行了探讨。进而针对性的提出了对 A 高校财务管理信息化建设的构建目标、功能设计及具体实施步骤，最后本文结合 A 校财务业务实际，对财务管理信息化系统的构建实施效果进行了分析，论证了信息化构建后对学校财务运行和管理方面产生的直接效益和间接效益，同时也说明了本文研究上的一些局限性，对将来财务管理信息化建设的研究方向进行了讨论。

Abstract
As the coming of international technology and data analysis, the development of technologybrings new advantages for the delivery and utilization of information. However, the entrance todeepwater area of national reform in the education system, the gradual development of reform ingovernment public expenditure, and the growing of universities in size raise newer and morecomprehensive requirements for financial management in universities on the aspects ofgovernmental management, social surveillance, and school operation. Only in this way thatstrengthen the building of financial information orientation, improve the level and quality of service,innovate financial service mode can satisfy the internal and external environmental requirementsand provide financial guarantee for the sustainable development of universities.
After elaborating on the background and significance , the essay introduces the theories offinancial management and financial information orientation first, focusing on the development andgoal of financial management and the development, definition, characteristics, content, andsignificance of financial information orientation. Then taking the building of it as an example, theessay has a lot of fieldwork on the building of financial information orientation by on-the-spotinvestigation and carries on a research on its profile, school environment for development, andproblems raised in the process of financial information orientation. The essay then puts forward thebuilding goals, functional designs, and specific steps of financial information orientation inUniversity A. In the end, intergrading with the realities of business in University A, it analysis theeffect of the building of financial information orientation and demonstrates the direct and indirectbenefits of information reform. At the same time, it also illustrates some limits of the research anddiscusses the research direction of financial information orientation.
