基于核酸适配体的SPE技术研究新成果(4)

  (1)发展更有效的核酸适配体筛选技术。目前,除了已经发展的 SELEX,新的适配体筛选方法如磁性快速适配体筛选协议[59]、毛细管电泳适配体筛选技术[60]已经问世。相信不久的将来会开发出更多更简单、更快速、更容易的适配体筛选方法。
  
  (2)发展更简单且自动化的 SPE 技术。现阶段,基于核酸适配体的 SPE 技术还处于发展初期,为达到更满意的 SPE 效果,基于核酸适配体的 SPE 技术的发展目标为更小的样品用量、更少的有机溶剂使用量、更简化的固相萃取步骤以及更自动化的萃取装置。此外,多种核酸适配体功能化的吸附剂也是发展方向之一,可用于复杂样品中多种分析物的同时萃取、分离、纯化和富集。
  
  综上所述,随着技术的进步,基于核酸适配体的SPE 技术在复杂样品中痕量组分的萃取、分离、纯化和富集领域将具有更广阔的应用前景。
