雄性生殖系统中GPER的研究现状综述(3)

  大量的研究证实广泛存在的EEs与雄性生殖系统畸形关系密切,其具体的病理生理机制并不十分明确,许多研究方法尚待改进。近年来,GPER作为已经明确的雌激素膜受体,对其在不同器官的亚细胞定位及具体的作用效应备受关注,由于动物种属的不同以及细胞发育水平的差异,仍存在较大分歧,但对于深入探讨EEs对于雄性生殖系统畸形的影响具有重要的意义。通过GPER研究EEs影响雄性泌尿生殖系统畸形的非基因效应途径有助于更进一步了解雄性生殖系统畸形的病因和发病机制,基因敲除技术的提高、GPER特异性激动剂以及拮抗剂的应用很有可能成为重要的手段,为今后在基因水平上继续探讨其与雄性生殖系统的关系,为今后在雄性生殖系统疾病开发新的诊疗思路。
