我国是传统农业大国，但目前我国农村的整体发展和世界发达国家存在着一定的差距，农村的经济结构还不合理，经营模式相对单一，产业比较效益较低，因此我国发展观光农业是促进产业结构调整和优化的有效措施，观光农业的发展促进第一、第二、第三产业的结合，使农业领域不断延伸，再加上城市的强大辐射作用和现代农业物质条件的改善使得城郊农村产业结构与经营方向日益优化，提高了农业的附加值，增加农民收入。多年来，青州市坚持政府主导、市场化开发的原则，充分发挥资源优势，加大对西南山区、弥河水生态、黄楼花卉等资源的开发力度，乡村旅游、生态旅游发展迅速，打造以休闲赏花、娱乐戏水、旅游度假为主题的观光农业新亮点，借助花卉农业与旅游业的相互促进,交替拉动，促进农村经济迅速发展，已经连续十一年举办花卉博览会，建成了花博馆、七色花街、花博广场，同时，建成了全国最大的室内花卉交易市场，建设了集 30 多个国家和国内各省市建筑、园林特色的 90 多个景园。“观光旅游”已成为青州、潍坊市乃至全省的一张靓丽名片。但是青州市的观光农业还存在一系列的问题和不足，如布局不合理，政策扶持力度不够等，本文试图分析其现有的发展模式，为进一步推动青州市观光农业的发展提出合理化的建议。
文章共分为六个部分，具体来讲有以下几个方面：
第一部分，绪论。重点探讨了研究背景、研究的目的及意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法、研究内容及技术路线、创新点与不足之处。
第二部分，观光农业的概念和特征。观光农业的功能、相关理论基础、国内外观光农业发展现状第三部分，青州市观光农业发展现状分析。重点分析了青州市农村社会经济发展概况、青州市观光农业发展现状、青州市观光农业特点第四部分，对青州市观光农业的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁四方面进行分析。
第五部分，提出加快青州市观光农业发展的对策和建议。
第六部分，结论。

AbstractOur country is a traditional agricultural country, but at present our country ruraldevelopment as a whole and the developed countries in the world there is a certain gap, therural economic structure is not reasonable, the operation mode is relatively single, industrialcomparative efficiency is low, so the development of tourism in our country agriculture is aneffective measure to promote industrial structure adjustment and optimization, thedevelopment of the sightseeing agriculture, promote the combination of the first, second, thirdindustry to agriculture extending continuously, coupled with the city's powerful role ofradiation and the improvement of modern agricultural material conditions make the suburbanrural industry structure and increasing operating direction optimization, improve the addedvalue of agriculture, increase farmers' income. Years, qingzhou adhere to the principle ofgovernment leading, market development, and give full play to the resource advantage,increase of southwest mountainous area, the water ecology, yellow flower resourcesdevelopment dynamics, such as building the rural tourism, ecological tourism development israpid, build to water flowers, entertainment, tourism as the theme of sightseeing agriculturenew luminescent spot, with the flowers of agriculture and the mutual promotion of tourism,pulling alternately, promote rural economic rapid development, has 11 years in a row to holdflower fair, built the flowers bo bo pavilion, rainbow flower street, square, at the same time,built the nation's largest indoor flower market, the construction of the collection of more than30 countries and the domestic various provinces and cities construction, more than 90 gardenlandscape features. "Tourism" has become a qingzhou, weifang, and even the entire provinceof a beautiful card. But qingzhou sightseeing agriculture is a series of problems anddeficiencies, such as unreasonable layout, inadequate policy support, etc., this paper tries toanalyze the existing mode of development, in order to further promote the development ofqingzhou sightseeing agriculture rationalization proposal is put forward.
