近年来，随着我国经济改革越来越深入，市场经济的发展模式也越来越深入人心，在市场经济中不可缺少的一个主体就是企业，而在市场经济中的一个必然的现象就是企业之间的存在着激烈竞争，伴随着企业之间的竞争越来越残酷，企业必需要考虑节约企业运行的成本。据统计，由于现代 IT 技术的迅猛发展，一般企业的 IT硬件设备三年就需要更换新的硬件设备，以此来满足企业信息化业务系统的安全及企业业务增长的需要，因此一个企业的信息化成本在企业的经营管理成本中也会越来越高，而如何降低企业的信息化成本也是现代企业急需解决的问题。
云计算是一种新型的计算方式，是继 20 世纪 80 年代之后，从大型计算机到客户端-服务器(Client-Server)的大转变之后的又一次巨变。而且云计算（CloudComputing）是由效用计算（Utility Computing）、分布式计算（Distributed Computing）、并行计算（Parallel Computing）、网络存储（Network Storage Technologies）、负载均衡（Load Balance）、虚拟化（Virtualization）等传统计算机和现代网络技术发展融合的产物。利用云计算不仅可以统一组织和灵活调用各种 ICT 信息资源，而且可以实现大规模高性能的计算。云计算利用分布式计算和虚拟资源管理等技术，通过网络将分散的 ICT 资源（包括计算与存储、应用运行平台、软件等）集中起来形成共享的资源池，并以动态按需和可度量的方式向用户提供服务，这样不仅可以满足企业发展的需要，也可以节约信息化的投入，并且用户可以使用各种形式的终端(如 PC、平板电脑、智能手机甚至智能电视等)通过网络获取 ICT 资源服务[1]。
本文重点研究了企业通过利用云计算的方式逐步替换现有信息化系统的硬件设备，从而降低企业的信息化管理成本；阐述了云计算的体系结构、服务层次、优点等；概括分析了云计算中 IaaS(基础设施即服务)模式的概念、技术层次；提出了一种基于私有云计算 IaaS 服务模式的桌面云方案，并对该方案进行业务需求分析、总体设计和分层详细设计，简单阐述了方案的硬件结构以及方案的逻辑分层实现。最后通过该方案在某企业实施结果，从而验证桌面云大大节约了企业的信息化成本。

ABSTRACT
In recent years ， as China's economic reform and more and more in-depthdevelopment of market economy model is gaining in popularity， indispensable in amarket economy is a body corporate， an inevitable phenomenon in a market economyenterprises there is a fierce competition between， along with the increasingly brutalcompetition among enterprises， the enterprises will need to consider saving companiesthe cost of running. According to statistics， due to the rapid development of modern ITtechnology， general corporate IT hardware three years on the need to replace a newhardware device， in order to meet the needs of the business of enterprise informationsystem security and enterprise business growth， an enterprise information of the costswill be more high in the cost of business management and how to reduce the cost ofinformation technology is also a modern enterprise urgent problem.
Cloud computing is a sea change after following mainframe computers in the 1980smajor changes to the client - server. Cloud computing is a distributed computing，parallel computing， utility computing， Network Storage Technologies， Virtualization，Load Balanceintegration of the product of traditional computer and network technologydevelopment. Calculate the distribution of a large number of distributed computer，instead of the local computer or a remote server， the operation of the enterprise datacenter and the Internet more similar. This allows companies to switch resources to theneeds of the application， on demand access to a computer and storage systems. Like theshift from the old single generator mode centralized power supply mode of the powerplant. This paper focuses on enterprises through the use of cloud computing way togradually replace the existing information system hardware， thereby reducing the cost ofenterprise information management; elaborated cloud computing architecture， servicelevel advantages; brief analysis of cloud computing IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)mode concept， the technical level; based private cloud computing IaaS service modeldesktop cloud solutions， and business needs analysis of the program， the overall design，detailed design and hierarchical， and briefly discusses The hardware structure of theprogram and the program logic layering. Finally results of the implementation of theprogram in a corporate，significant savings in the cost of information technology in orderto verify the desktop cloud.
