摘 要
在当前信息化高速发展的时代，信息技术推动了经济全球化进程加快发展。各企业为适应时代潮流，需善加利用先进的信息技术，帮助企业提高经济效益和管理质量。我国企业信息化建设水平已经实现了很大程度的提升，但是要想在目前激烈的竞争环境占得一席之地，不仅仅要靠企业管理者的智慧和能力，还要借助于先进、科学的管理手段。在结构日趋复杂，经营日渐多元化的背景下，企业逐步走向信息化，以信息技术手段实现企业内部资源的最佳配置，从根本上提升企业的生存能力。
本文首先阐述了企业进行信息化管理优化的研究背景和意义，通过查阅相关文献，整理了国内外对企业信息化的研究综述，指出研究的思路和方法，概括研究的内容及论文框架；接着对企业信息化、信息化规划、信息化管理等相关理论知识进行梳理，指出进行企业信息管理的目的和意义；再对ＤＣ企业目前信息化管理现状进行分析，整理企业信息化管理的内容，从中找出信息化管理中存在的问题，利用企业信息化相关理论知识，对这些问题进行一一剖析，探究造成这些问题的根本原因，同时对ＤＣ企业进行信息化管理优化的必要性进行理性分析，明确了ＤＣ企业进行信息化管理优化是企业进行资源优化、提升企业竞争力的最有效手段和必然的选择；接下来顺理成章地进行ＤＣ企业信息化管理优化方案设计，其中首先明确了方案设计的总体目标和分目标，并对提出的设计目标分别从技术、经济及管理等多个维度进行了可行性分析，得出设计目标可行的结论。再结合信息化管理优化方案的设计原则，系统地进行优化方案总体结构设计，并提出进行管理信息系统整合优化、信息化基础设施优化、信息组织变革优化及信息化培训优化四个优化方案，并逐一进行方案说明；再从方案实施保障的角度，提出ＤＣ企业信息化管理优化方案的实施方式通过举行企业信息化管理优化誓师大会为开端，并提出四个保障措施：组织保障、制度保障、安全保障与资金投入保障；最后对ＤＣ企业进行信息化管理优化方案进行总结及展望：通过ＤＣ企业信息化优化方案设计，一方面有效地解决了员工反映的目前信息系统各种问题，保证了公司生产、办公的有效运行；另一方面，通过组织变革等一系列手段，强化了公司员工对企业实行信息化管理决心的认识，也为企业顺利进行信息化优化方案的实施奠定了坚实的基础。因为ＤＣ企业信息化优化方案调研充分、方案设计合理，保障措施也较齐备，所以在具体的实施之后，必定能达到预期的效果，为ＤＣ企业提升管理效率、提高竞争力方面做出重要的贡献。
企业信息化管理优化是一项长期的工作，在ＤＣ企业高层领导的重视下和全体员工的大力配合下，ＤＣ企业必定会在信息化管理的道路上稳步前行。

作为一家集团型企业，由于 DC 公司上层管理者对企业信息化的重视，所以公司从成立之时起，就陆续将各种信息技术应用到了企业的日常管理中，如公司应用了网络电话系统实现了集团公司之间的免费电话通讯；应用了远程视频会议系统使身在异地的人员进行面对面会议变成可能；公司应用了办公自动化系统，实现了公司无纸化办公；还应用了企业资源计划系统，实现了公司财务、分销及制造等系统的集中管理等等。虽然公司高层对公司的信息化应用比较重视，公司在信息化应用的领域也比较全面，但由于对企业信息化管理认识仍存在不足，以及对信息化应用知识的欠缺，导致公司的各个信息系统在实现应用过程中出现了各种各样的问题。另外，信息技术发展速度日新月异，相继出现的一系列新的信息技术可以更好的帮助企业实现更高效的管理、更低廉的运营成本，从而帮助企业持续提升市场竞争力。本文主要从 DC 企业在信息化管理过程中出现诸多问题的角度进行分析、探究，以期为 DC 企业设计一套科学、合理的信息化管理优化方案，实现 DC 企业信息化管理的最佳效果。
由于 DC 企业的信息化内容是从成立之时起逐步、分期建立的，所以各信息系统之前难免会出现信息孤岛的情况，也难免会出现信息资源未能充分有效利用的问题。为了解决 DC 企业目前信息化过程中的信息孤岛、信息资源浪费等问题，对企业现有的信息资源实现科学地管理，以发挥 DC 企业信息化的最大效用，是本论文研究的重要目的及意义之一。
另外，在 DC 企业进行信息化建设及管理过程中，陆续地发现了企业从高层管理者到基层员工均存在对企业信息化认识不足以及对企业信息知识的缺乏的情况，导致了 DC 企业在信息化实施及管理过程中遇有比较大的阻力，给企业的信息化工作带来了比较大的风险。所以，如何提升人员的企业信息化意识并增加其信息化相关知识，以降低 DC 企业在信息化管理过程中的风险和信息化变革的阻力，自然地也就纳入了本论文研究的目的和意义的范畴。
最后，在信息技术发展日新月异的今天，信息技术几乎以季为单位进行着淘汰换代、推陈出新。为了能将最新的信息技术应用于 DC 企业的生产、管理中，确保让企业跟上信息技术发展的步伐，帮助 DC 企业实现更高效地管理，从而让DC 企业在激烈的市场竞争上立于不败之地，也是本论文研究的目的和意义。
