摘要
随着人才培养观念的不断更新和高等教育改革的逐步深入，培养具有卓越领导能力的高素质人才成为高校的一项重要任务。大学生领导力培养是素质教育中的一项重要内容，在高校开展大学生领导力教育，不仅符合国家对高等教育人才培养的要求，更有助于推动大学生实现个人全面发展，为国家培养大批合格的建设者和接班人。本文把领导力概念引入到高校人才培养研究中，在对高校大学生、高校教师、用人单位进行充分调研的基础上，系统分析大学生领导力特质，为开展大学生领导力培养和评价提供理论支持，为深入开展大学生素质教育工作提供重要依据。
论文运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、特尔菲法等研究方法，并通过使用SPSS17.0统计软件，进行了大学生领导力词汇提取、领导力词汇问卷调查和领导力内容问卷调查，并以此为基础，构建了大学生领导力模型，模型分为领导感召力、领导决断力、领导前瞻力、领导影响力、领导控制力五个维度；开发了大学生领导力量表，通过运用量表进行实证调研，完成了高校大学生领导力现状评价、差异性和原因分析；并有针对性地提出了大学生领导力培养的对策。

ABSTRACT
With the updating of the concept on talents cultivation and the development onreformation of high- quality education, training high-quality talents with outstandingleadership ability becomes an important task for colleges and universities. Leadershipcultivation of college students'an important content of quality education. Develop theStudent Leadership Education in Colleges not only conforms to the requirement fromnation to the high-quality education, but also helps promoting the studentsself-improvement and trains large numbers of qualified builders and successors for thecountry. This article brings the concept of leadership into the cultivation of talents incollage school research,on the basis of the investigation on cultivating talents, collegestudents, teachers, employers, the article analyzes the qualities of College Students'leadership, and puts forward the theoretical support for the development of leadershipcultivation of college students and evaluation, providing important support for the furtherdevelopment on quality education for College students.
The article uses literature research, questionnaire survey method, Delphi method andother research methods, and by using the SPSS17 software,carry out the abstraction of thevocabulary on collage students leadership, the questionnaire of the content on collagestudents leadership. Based on this, the college students' leadership model is constructed.
The college students' leadership model that this article has established can be illustratedfrom 5 dimensions: the leadership charisma, the leadership determination, the visionarypower of leadership and the control of leadership, developing the scale on collage studentsleadership and constructing the empirical research through it. By applying the model ofleadership, this article appraises the current situation and the analyzes differences and thereason of the collage students leadership, based on this, this article fords the existingproblems and the reasons on college students' leadership ,meanwhile, it puts forward thecountermeasures and suggestions on the leadership of collage students.
