摘要
工业化创造供给，城镇化创造需求，城镇化过程中劳动力大量转移的过程，实际上就是农民工市民化的过程，这个过程创造出来的的需求将转化成为未来中国经济发展的内生动力。就我国城镇化而言，当前面临的核心问题是如何有效转移农村人口，农民工市民化的实现程度直接关系到我国城镇化建设的质量。当前，农民工虽然进入城市，但没有真正享受到市民待遇。本文以农民工特别是新生代农民工为研究对象，以城镇化进程中暴露出来的各种问题为切入点，以促进农民工市民化为最终落脚点，分析了农工民市民化的现实意义和问题瓶颈，最后结合户籍政策、土地政策、财税政策、社会管理创新，保障制度等方面提出了改革建议。全文共三章，绪论部分揭示了研究的背景和意义，国内外的研究成果以及本文的研究方法及创新；第一章对城镇化、农民工以及农民工的概念进行了清晰的界定；第三章阐述了结合农民工市民化的现状分析了城镇化进程与农民工市民化的主要障碍；第三章对促进农民工市民化实现城镇化健康发展提出了政策建议。

Abstract
Create a supply of industrialization, urbanization mainly to createdemand, the future economic development of Chinese endogenousmotivation and vitality will mainly come from the urbanization. In theprocess of China's urbanization development, is accompanied by thetransfer of a large labor force. China's urbanization, the core problem ishow to transfer the rural population. At present, although migrant workersinto the city, but still free in the city system, realize citizenization ofmigrant workers, is to enhance the core task of China's urbanizationquality for a long period. In this paper, especially the new generation ofmigrant workers migrant workers as the research object, the urbanizationproblems exposed in the process as the breakthrough point, in order topromote the citizenization of migrant workers for the ultimate goal,analyzes the practical significance and the problem of bottleneck andpeople oriented, combining the household registration policy, land policy,tax policy, social management innovation, the paper puts forward thereform proposals security system. The whole thesis consists of threechapters, the introduction part shows the background and significance ofthe research, domestic and foreign research results and this articleresearch technique and innovation; the first chapter is a clear definition ofurbanization, migrant workers and migrant workers concept;The secondchapter expounds the current situation and development of the plight ofmigrant workers citizenization; the third chapter puts forward policyiisuggestions to realize the urban healthy development for the promotion ofmigrant workers public.
