摘要
公安微博近年来发展迅速，在社会管理创新中发挥着日益重要的作用。本文首先简要概述了公安微博和社会管理创新的含义与特点，及公安微博在社会管理创新应用中的意义，然后探讨了公安微博在社会管理创新中应用的现状和问题，并对问题产生的原因进行了简要分析，最后对基于社会管理创新的公安微博提升对策进行了思考。本文是对近年来公安微博在社会管理创新应用中的初步总结，通过分析公安微博的运行机制，提出了通过转变观念、健全制度、提高素养来提升公安微博的实践能力，对当前公安微博运营中存在的问题具有一定的实际意义。
当前，网络社会与现实社会的边界正逐渐模糊，线上线下的互动正日益紧密，网络舆情的问题也更加复杂，如何确保公安微博在社会管理创新中更好的发挥职能作用，是需要认真思考的问题。同时，通过总结分析公安微博在实际运用中的经验，也可以为政府其他部门创新社会管理方式方法提供借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
The public security micro-blog developed rapidly in recent years andplaying an important role in social management innovation increasingly.
This paper provides a brief overview of the public security micro-blogand social management innovation's meaning, characteristics and thesignificance of public security micro-blog application in socialmanagement innovation. Then discusses the current situation andproblems of the application of public security micro-blog in socialmanagement innovation, and take a brief analysis of the causes for theproblems .This paper is a preliminary summary of the public securitymicro-blog's application of social management innovation in recent years ,Through the analysis of operation mechanism of public securitymicro-blog, put forward by changing ideas, perfect the system, improvingliteracy to enhance the security micro-blog practice ability, it also hascertain practical significance for the existing problems in the running ofpublic security micro-blog.
At present, the network society and real society's border is graduallyblurred, and the interactive of online and offline is increasinglyclose, the network public sentiments becomes more complex, howto ensure the security micro-blog play a better functional role in socialmanagement innovation is a issue need to seriously considered. At thesame time, through the analysis of the public security micro-blog inpractice experience can also provide reference for other governmentdepartments' innovation of social management mode.
