摘 要
在我国国民经济的飞速发展进程中，建筑业所占据的位置已经越来越重要，有效的推动了我国国民经济的整体性发展，同时使得居民的生活水平得到了极大程度的改善。并且在我国国民经济逐渐发展的道路中，我国对于工程建设方面相应的加大了支持力度以及投资力度，但是在工程项目建设的管理过程中，企业方面起到的作用却是微乎其微。我国的工程建设的项目诸多，并且投资方面的也过于巨大，并且我国的建筑工程项目成本控制方面的过程也过于的繁琐复杂化，因此当前建筑企业方面最至关重要的任务就是要将自身的管理模式进一步的改革创新，构建相应科学有效的工程项目成本管理机制，来推动自身的可持续健康发展。对于工程项目成本方面的管理制度进一步的全面化、系统化，是建筑企业最有效的获取经济收益以及社会效益的最佳渠道，只有将自身工程项目成本管理方面的研究力度加强，才能使得建筑企业在当前激烈的竞争局面中竞争实力加强，从而占得一席之地。
在我国改革开放逐渐深化的背景下，经济市场中已经呈现出竞争的激烈趋势，从而使得建筑企业本身在生产以及经营管理方面的模式都急需改革创新，在当前激烈的市场竞争局面中，建筑企业将自身竞争实力加强的最佳渠道就是对工程项目方面的管理进一步的加强，有着巨大的现实意义以及价值。

Abstract
In the process of rapid development of national economy, the position of theconstruction industry has become more and more important, which effectivelypromotes the development of the national economy, and makes the livingstandards of the residents to improve the living standards. And in our country thenational economy gradually develops the road, our country regarding theconstruction aspect corresponding to strengthen the support and the investmentintensity, but in the process of the project construction management, the enterprisehas the very little effect. China's construction projects are many, and theinvestment is too large, and the cost management of construction projects in ourcountry is too complicated, so the most important task is to build a scientific andeffective project cost management mechanism, to promote their sustainable andhealthy development. For the project cost management system to furthercomprehensive, systematic, is the most effective way to obtain economic benefitsand social benefits of construction enterprises, only to strengthen the research onthe cost management of engineering projects in order to make the constructionenterprises in the current fierce competition in the competitive strength, so as togain a place.
In the background of China's reform and opening up, the economic market hasbeen showing a fierce competition, so that the construction enterprise itself is in theproduction and operation management mode is needed to reform and innovation,in the current fierce market competition, construction enterprises to strengthen theirown competitive power is to strengthen the management of Engineering projects,has great practical significance and value.
