¡¡¡¡Abstract£ºObjective This paper aims to analyze the change of employment view of graduates majoring in Anesthesiology under the new situation. Methods In the form of questionnaire, graduates in Anesthesiology of a medical college from 2014 to 2018 are investigated from the perspective of future plans after graduation, channels for getting employment information, the attitudes toward private medical institutions and the acceptable salary range. At the same time, the data of classified variables were described by rate or composition ratio, and compared between groups by χ2 test or rank sum test. R esults Students graduated from 2014 to 2016 mainly plan to be employed after graduation, while students graduated from 2017 to 2018 mainly choose to have the postgraduate exam. There is a difference in the graduation plan for each grade. £¨χ2=181.593, P <0.001) . Students graduated from 2014 to 2016 are optimistic about the employment situation in the current year, while students from 2017 to 2018 are relatively pessimistic. Views in each grade are statistically different £¨χ2=282.662, P <0.001) . The channel for students from2014 to 2016 to get employment information is relatively single, but the proportion of students from 2017 to 2018 who get employment information through multiple channels is rising gradually. The main sources of information on employment vary from grade to grade £¨χ2=169.203, P <0.001) . The amount of acceptable salary for the students from 2017 to 2018 is also gradually increasing, compared with the previous three, and there are differences among the grades £¨χ2=382.352, P <0.001) .
