摘要
近年来为提高我国居民的教育水平，大中院校新生入学人数逐年增加，纷纷扩大了招生规模，同时为满足随之增加的教育教学需求，许多大学开展了新校区的建设工作。
在大学新校区的建设和使用过程中，存在许多由于校园功能布局与交通系统协调性不足而导致的交通问题，机动车与非机动车、行人交通之间的冲突严重，停车设施不足、布局不合理等都给在校师生的学习和工作带来较大干扰。
论文从新校区功能布局和交通特性分析两个角度进行研究，首先从大学功能的定义和功能发展，论证大学新校区的功能特点及功能定位模式，对大学新校区的功能构成要素进行分类研究，然后依据新校区的功能构成要素进行功能分区，并介绍不同功能区之间的联系，研究新校区功能布局的影响因素，进行新校区功能布局的协调性分析，提出中心辐射的布局模式、带状组团型的布局模式、多组团分散式的布局模式和节点网格式的功能布局模式四种新校区功能布局模式，对不同布局模式下的道路网形态进行相应的介绍与分析。另外，论文从交通的角度并考虑大学新校区交通出行特征，重点从步行交通、非机动车交通、道路网以及静态交通设施等方面对大学新校区的交通特性进行分析，提出与新校区功能布局模式相对应的四种路网布局模式：环形、棋盘形、鱼骨形、自由形。对于静态交通设施，从新校区功能分区的角度，参照有关城市建筑停车配建标准，结合校园交通的出行特点，针对不同的功能分区提出停车设施配建最低指标标准。
论文的最后针对长安大学渭水校区进行实例分析，结合调查数据和有关资料分析渭水校区的功能布局以及新校区的交通特征，分析新校区的道路布局特征，结合新校区道路交通流线组织，针对重要冲突点和路段进行调查研究，提出将大学新校区规划与交通特性分析相结合的建议。

Abstract
In recent years, in order to improve the level of education among residents of our country,many colleges have expanded the enrollment scale, freshmen enrollment increased year byyear at the same time. In order to meet the increasing demand of education and teaching,many university carry out the construction of new campus. In the construction and use processof the new campus there are many traffic problems because of the coordination of layout andtraffic system lead to campus functions, the conflict between motor vehicle and non-motorvehicles, pedestrian traffic seriously, parking facilities is insufficient, unreasonable layout ofthe campus bring greater interference to the teachers and students when they go to study andwork.
Paper bring out analysis from two aspects that the new campus of the function layout andtraffic characteristics, first, the definition and function of university functions from starting,function characteristics and function orientation of new campus university modeldemonstration, on the new campus of the university function elements classified research, andthen based on the new campus of the functional elements of functional zoning, and introducedbetween different functional areas of the contact, influence factors analysis of the new campusof the functional layout, coordination analysis of the new campus of the functional layout,layout mode, banded presented center radiation group type layout mode, multi groupdistributed layout patterns and node network format function distribution pattern of four kindsof new campus layout of function model, and the road network form of different layout modeto carry on the simple introduction and analysis. In addition, the paper from the transportpoint of view and consider the new campus of the University of traffic characteristics, keycarries on the analysis from the traffic characteristics of pedestrian traffic, new multi campusuniversity non motor vehicle traffic, road network and the static traffic facilities and otheraspects, puts forward four kinds of road network layout model should be relative and layoutmode of function of the new campus: ring, checkerboard, fishbone shaped, free form. For thestatic traffic facilities, from the new campus of function zoning point of view, with referenceto the relevant city building parking standards, combined with the characteristics of thecampus traffic travel, according to the different function division proposed parking facilitiesbuilt with the lowest index standard.
Finally, according to the Chang'an University Weishui campus, This paper analyzed thefunction layout with the survey data of Weishui campus and the new campus trafficcharacteristics, analysis of road layout features of the new campus, the new campus roadtraffic organization with the morning line, for the important point of conflict and sections oftheinvestigation and analysis, and puts forward the analysis of the new university campusplanning and traffic characteristics of the combination of advice.
