摘 要
在 08 年奥运会和 12 年伦敦奥运会上，中国乒乓球队毫无疑问的夺得“大满贯”,站上了乒乓球项目的顶峰，达到“空前盛世”,但是在这胜利之后又隐藏着危机，不得不引发我们对中国乒乓球未来发展的思考与担忧。纵观近年来世界大型乒乓球赛事，奖牌基本集中在东亚地区，乒乓球项目的不平衡发展越来越明显，导致世界对乒乓球运动的冷落。为了更好的促进乒乓球运动的健康发展以及在世界各地的普及发展，视乒乓球为“国球”的我们，应着眼于世界乒乓球运动的发展，决不能孤芳自赏。
本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等，结合奥运会乒乓球比赛、世界乒乓球锦标赛、乒乓球世界杯三大国际乒乓球赛事的成绩，加上乒乓球运动发展经历的各个阶段的特征，对现阶段世界乒乓球的发展现状进行总结分析，并提出相应的对策。其目的在于通过科学的、有针对性的研究探索，找出能够促进乒乓球项目在世界范围的推广及健康发展的道路。分析得出主要结论如下：
随着世界乒乓球项目的发展，国际兵联针对中国对乒乓球项目的规则进行不断的调整，然而作为国球的热爱者加上自身良好的训练，我国乒乓球队的良好状态一直在延续，引起西方国家的不满，甚至有媒体传言取消乒乓球项目的奥运会资格，因而该种不平衡趋势对于乒乓球运动的发展着实不容乐观。目前我国乒乓球项目发展的困境：（1）中国独霸乒坛，海外国家参与的积极性低；（2）中国乒乓球比赛战果累累，比赛的激烈程度跟观赏性不增反减，观众的热情日益下降；（3）中国乒乓球项目有着深厚的群众基础，乒超联赛的开展的情况却不容乐观；（4）乒乓球比赛结果缺少悬念，乒乓球项目在奥运会中的地位收到严重威胁。
通过对中国乒乓球运动员的培养模式、俱乐部联赛制度、中国乒乓球队在世界大赛中的成绩以及中国乒乓球队对外政策等几个方面的分析，了解了中国乒乓球队的现状，虽然中国队针对世界乒乓球运动水平的发展不均衡分别提出了“养狼计划”和“海外兵团”的对策，但是就综合近年来的世界大赛成绩，并没有达到预期效果。
为了使中国乒乓球项目能更好地适应世界的发展，也为了帮助世界乒乓球运动走出困境，就必须进行改革和变通，继续完善联赛制度，完善“养狼计划”,但是无论是乒乓球项目赛制改革，还是乒乓球的制度改革都还有很长的路要走，所以中国应当担负大国责任，体现一个乒乓大国的形象，以促进世界乒乓球运动的稳定可持续发展。

Abstract
In 08 Olympic Games and 12 years in London Olympic Games, the Chinesetable tennis team won the “grand slam” no doubt, stood at the top of the table tennisproject, to achieve “an unprecedented prosperous time”, but after their victory in thishidden crisis, have to cause us to think and concern for the future development ofChinese table tennis. Throughout the large table tennis tournament in the world inrecent years, the medal basic concentrated in east Asia, the uneven development oftable tennis projects have become more and more obvious, the world of table tennis.
In order to better promote the healthy development of sport and popular all over theworld, see table tennis as a “national ball”, we should aim at the world table tennisdevelopment, must not be narcissistic.
This article USES the literature material method, expert interview method,logical analysis and so on, combined with the Olympic Games table tennis match, theworld table tennis championships, the three major international table tennis tabletennis World Cup tournament, and table tennis, the characteristics of the variousstages of the development of a summary on the current situation of the developmentof analysis of the present world table tennis, and put forward correspondingcountermeasures. The purpose is to through the scientific, targeted research,exploration, find out in the world to promote table tennis events promotion and thehealthy development of the road. Analysis of the main conclusions as follows:
Along with the development of the world table tennis project, the internationalsoldiers against China to constantly adjust the rules of table tennis project, however,as a national sport lovers and good training, Chinese table tennis team in goodcondition continues, cause dissatisfaction with the western countries, or even cancel abuzz of media there table tennis Olympic qualification of the project, so this kind ofunbalanced trend for bing bing ball sports development is not optimistic. The plight ofthe Chinese table tennis project development: （1） the dominating the table tennis inChina, the enthusiasm of overseas countries in low; （2） the Chinese table tennis matchresults, match degree with ornamental, not the enthusiasm of the audience declining;（3） the Chinese table tennis project deep mass base, ping super league to carry out thesituation is not optimistic. （4） the table tennis match result lack of suspense, the statusof table tennis project in the Olympic Games received a serious threat.
Through the training mode of the Chinese table tennis players, the club leaguesystem, achievement of the Chinese table tennis team in the world series, and theanalysis of several aspects, such as the Chinese table tennis team's foreign policy, tounderstand the present situation of the Chinese table tennis team, although theChinese team for the development of the world table tennis level uneven respectivelyputs forward the “Wolf plan” and “overseas corps”, but is integrated the world seriesof achievements in recent years, did not achieve the desired effect.
In order to make the Chinese table tennis project can better adapt to thedevelopment of the world, also in order to help the world table tennis movement outof the woods, it is necessary to reform and flexible, continue to improve the system ofleague, perfecting the “Wolf plan”, but whether it is a table tennis project change, ortable tennis the reform of the system is still a long way to go, so China should powerresponsibility, reflect the image of a ping-pong power, to promote the stability of theworld table tennis sports sustainable development.
