¡¡¡¡On the Development Status and the Countermeasures of Wushu Fitness

¡¡¡¡Abstract£ºThis paper uses the literature analysis method to analyze the development of Wushu fitness programs in current research. The study finds that: the present situation of Wushu fitness development includes the shortage of dedicated facilities, professional Wushu fitness guidance personnel shortage, Wushu fitness organization on a smaller scale, Wushu foundation education remaining to be further strengthened. Aiming at this, this paper sorts out and analyzes the problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the comprehensive development of wushu fitness.
