摘 要
古往今来，悲剧从来都不乏爱好者，也被冠为艺术的“冠冕”,之所以被艺术家和学者们追捧是因为观众在观故事中的痛苦和悲伤时不仅感同身受而落泪，更会给观者以独特的艺术审视视角，在悲剧和消极中开拓视角，重视生活中的美和积极因素。换句话说，悲剧在让观者忧伤苦闷的同时，关键的是让观者能够在直接忧伤中学会“反省”和“恬谈”.一部悲剧性的电影之所以能否视为成功的悲剧，在于给人忧伤的同时，也应达到使观者超越苦闷的“反省”和“恬谈”的层次，亦能称之为艺术佳作。所以，观者出现审美之后的最终效果最为关键，即让观者“在忧伤中获取反省和恬谈”,使观者从电影中体会到透彻的生命价值和其中的含义，从而提升对其岁月的思考、价值的阅历框架与人生豪情。
比较两部作品，会接触到不同国度，不同时代，甚至不同种族的女性在当时社会大环境下对生活的选择和对自己人生的把握，在观看和赏析她们的悲喜生活的同时，我们可以看到中西方不同文化下女性的内心表达，从而对种族文化和女性主义有更深刻而独到的认识。女性主义电影批评发展到现在，作为电影文化批评的一个分支已经占了一小片领地，但是至今由于它缺乏社会支持，还一直处于边缘地带，无论是理论还是实践，电影所发出的“女性”声音时断时续，近几年还越来越微弱，远不如在文学上的成就。

ABSTRACT
