民办高职院校的瑜伽课程开设现状调研

  中文提要

  我国高校的体育教学正在进行改革,“瑜伽”作为一项新兴的体育运动项目进入了高校的体育课程里,在高校进行瑜伽课程的开设能够促进公共体育课项目结构的完善。但由于目前对瑜伽在高校开设的研究大部分都停留在理论分析层面,研究公立院校居多,对于民办高职院校的瑜伽课程教学现状的系统研究还比较缺乏。在此基础上,本文对江苏省民办高职院校的瑜伽课程开设现状进行了研究。

  在对国内外相关文献的研究基础上,本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对江苏省民办高职院校的瑜伽教学现状进行研究。通过对瑜伽课程教学现状、师资力量和学生参与情况的调查,以及对江苏省民办高职院校瑜伽课程制约因素的分析,最后得出如下结论:

  1.江苏省民办高职院校的瑜伽普及率不高,23所学校中仅有10所学校开设瑜伽课,而且全部都是以选修课的形式存在的,教学时数少,教学内容安排不合理,缺乏统一的教材,而且使用的教学方法比较传统。

  2.瑜伽教师全部都是女老师,并且大部分都是从其他体育专项转过来的,专业性不强;大部分的瑜伽老师都是本科以上学历,以研究生学位为主,在职称方面,讲师和助教所占的比重较大。调查发现,瑜伽教师职后培训少,仅有少数老师有瑜伽相关的证书。

  3.选修瑜伽的学生男女比例不均衡,大部分都是女生,在学习瑜伽的动机上,存在多样性,学生希望瑜伽教师对自身的专业知识进行完善,并加强师生间的互动。

  4.制约江苏省民办高职院校瑜伽运动发展的主要因素为:院校领导重视不够,高校间的比赛与交流较少,师资力量薄弱,课程设置不合理,场地、设施缺乏,宣传力度不够。

  为了使江苏省民办高职院校瑜伽课程更好地发展,本文针对江苏省民办高职院校瑜伽课程存在的问题,提出了以下建议:(1)加强师资力量;(2)完善教学组织;(3)开展课外活动;(4)完善场馆、设施条件;(5)加大宣传力度。

  Abstract

  The reform of physical education in Colleges is ongoing, as a new sports items, yogaentered the college sports courses, that can strengthen the open project public PE coursestructure. Due to the present that the research of yoga still remained at the theoretical level,and most bases on the public schools, the system research on the teaching of Yoga coursein private higher vocational colleges is lack. On this basis, this paper researches the statusof Yoga course in private higher vocational education in Jiangsu province.

  Based on the study of the related literature, this article utilizes the literature materiallaw, the questionnaire survey method, to study the current situation of yoga teaching inprivate higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province. Through the investigation on thestatus of teaching yoga classes, teachers and students to participate in the situation, and theanalysis of factors restricting the yoga curriculum in private colleges in Jiangsu Province,the conclusions are as follows:

  1. In private higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province, Yoga penetration rate isnot high, only 10 schools has yoga study in all 23 schools, and all exist in the form ofelective course, the teaching hours are fewer, teaching contents arrangement isunreasonable, the unified teaching materials are lack, and the teaching methods used in thecomparison.

  2. Yoga teachers are all female, and most of them are transferred from other sports,professional is not strong; most yoga teachers are bachelor degree or above, in the title,with lecturers and tutors are accounted for the largest proportion. The survey found, yogateacher training is less, only a few teachers have certificate relate yoga.

  3. Student gender ratio that elective yoga is imbalance, the majorities are girls;Learning motivation in yoga is diversity, the students want the yoga teachers improve theirprofessional knowledge, and strengthen the interaction between teachers and students.

  4. Main factors restricting the development of private higher vocational colleges inJiangsu Province Sports Yoga are: school leadership attention is not enough; it is lesscompetition and communication among colleges, teachers' strength is weak, thecurriculum is unreasonable, it is lack of space facilities and publicity.

  In order to make yoga curriculum developing better in private colleges in Jiangsuprovince, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: (1) strengthen teachers; (2)improving the teaching organization; (3) developing extracurricular activities; (4) perfectvenues and facilities; (5) strengthen propaganda.
